You will work in a unit located in Gribbylund. The unit receives adults belonging to group 1 according to § 1 LSS. In the unit, we support customers in having a meaningful and stimulating workday through individual schedules and varied activities. Several of our customers lack spoken language, and it is important that you as staff can sense and meet customers in the way they choose to communicate. To fit this role, you need to have the following skills and experience: - Experience working in LSS housing or in daily activities - High school education as a nursing assistant, preferably with a focus on disabilities - Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish - Computer skills - Driver's license

We would like you to have experience working with a low-arousal approach and AAC. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Frösunda applies individual salary setting. We follow the current collective agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously.
